Organic Sea Buckthorn Jam - 140g
The harvested sea buckthorn jam is pure sea buckthorn and cane sugar, and of course a bit of pectin, but you get the pure taste of sea buckthorn, which is lovingly cooked into tasty jam. Enjoy the intense taste of freshness and sweetness on the bread, for cheese, on top of the yogurt or vanilla ice cream.
Our sea buckthorn jam is creamy and slightly sour. It has retained its beautiful color and fresh taste, precisely because we cook for as short a time as possible. In addition to being delicious on bread, cheese and yoghurt, it also goes well with cabbage, both kale, white and red cabbage, the sweet acidity in the jam goes really well with the bitterness in the cabbage. Try with 1-2 tsp. sea buckthorn jam and a little good oil in the finely chopped cabbage, mix well and sprinkle if necessary. with dried sea buckthorn flakes or nuts.
The jam stays very well in the fridge, 2-3 weeks in the fridge, if you are careful to use a clean spoon every time something is taken from the glass.
